Networking Problems
Wi-Fi
I cannot connect to a wireless Wi-Fi network
• Make sure that:
- Your handheld computer is within the range of a wireless access
point..
- Check the Device Power Manager that the Wi-Fi has been turned
on.
Bluetooth
I cannot connect to another device with Bluetooth network
• Ensure that:
- Both devices have Bluetooth turned on.
- The distance between the two devices is not over 10 meters/32
feet
and that there are no large obstructions between the devices.
- Both devices are compatible.
WWAN
I cannot connect to a WWAN network
• Check the following
- The WWAN function has turned on.
- Configure the WWAN card with your handheld computer.
GPS
I cannot connect to a mobile broadband network
• Do the following:
- Check the Device Power Manager that the GPS has been turned
on.
- If you are outdoors, please move away from buildings or
obstructions, and expose your device to open sky.
- If you are indoors, please move closer to a window.
