ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This LIMITED WARRANTY is between you and Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc., d/b/a CRICUT
®
.
Your Cricut Maker machine (Product) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of its original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a
defect arises during the Warranty Period, Cricut, at its option, will (1) repair the product at no
charge using new parts or parts that are functionally equivalent to new in performance, (2)
exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent Product that is new or equivalent to new in
performance, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage from abuse,
accident, misuse, physical and/or software modifications or other causes that are not defects in
materials and workmanship. Exposure to a temperature in excess of one hundred and ten degrees
Farenheit (110’F) voids this warranty. Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other
person/entity may modify this limited warranty, and your retail seller is solely responsible for any
other warranties.
This Warranty applies to the Cricut Maker machine. It does not apply to blades and blade
housings, accessories, packaging, software, tools, materials, or other non-machine items. Cricut
does not guarantee or warrant uninterrupted use of the Product or its supporting software
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRICUT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OR SERVICE OF THE CRICUT MAKER. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED
ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER ORAL,
WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, CRICUT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. ALLOWED AND DISCLAIMED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO
THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state and country to country, where some limitations or exclusions are not allowed under
local laws. This may include the length of the warranty. This warranty only applies to the country of

Shielded Cables
Use of a shielded data cable is required to comply with the Class B limits of Part 15 of the FCC
Rules.

Votre machine Cricut Maker (le Produit) est garantie contre tout défaut de matériel ou de fabrication
pour une durée de d’un (1) an à compter de la date d'achat au détail initial ("Période de la
Garantie"). Si un défaut survient pendant la Période de Garantie, Cricut pourra, à son entière
discrétion, (1) réparer le produit gratuitement, en utilisant des pièces neuves ou des pièces dont les
performances et la fiabilité sont équivalentes à celles d'une pièce neuve, ou (2) échanger le Produit
avec un Produit fonctionnellement équivalent neuf ou équivalent à un produit neuf en termes de
performances et de fiabilité, ou (3) rembourser le prix original d'achat du produit. La présente
garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par une utilisation abusive, un accident, des
modifications physiques et/ou du logiciel, ou d'autres causes qui ne sont pas des défauts de
matériel et de fabrication. L'exposition à une température supérieure à cent dix degrés Fahrenheit
(110°F) annule la présente garantie. Toute indemnisation est limitée au prix d'achat initial. Aucune
autre personne / entité n'est habilitée à modifier la présente garantie limitée, et votre vendeur est le
seul responsable de toute autre garantie.
Cette Garantie s'applique à la machine Cricut Maker. Elle ne s'applique pas aux lames et aux

Esta GARANTIA LIMITADA se establece entre usted y Provo Craft & Novelty, Inc., con el nombre

Su máquina Cricut Maker (el Producto) está garantizada frente a defectos en materiales y mano de
obra por un período de un (1) año a partir de la fecha original de la compra (“Período de la
Garantía”). Si se produce un desperfecto durante el Período de Garantía, Cricut podrá, a su
elección (1) reparar el producto sin costo alguno utilizando piezas de repuesto nuevas o piezas que
son funcionalmente equivalentes a un pieza nueva en su operación, (2) cambiar el Producto por un
producto nuevo funcionalmente equivalente o equivalente a uno nuevo en operación, o (3)
reembolsar el precio de compra original. La presente garantía no es aplicable a daños causados
por utilización inadecuada, accidente, mal uso, modificaciones físicas y/o de software u otras
causas que no sean defectos en materiales y mano de obra. La exposición a una temperatura
superior a ciento diez grados Fahrenheit (110°F) dejará nula esta garantía. Todo reintegro se

ENUNCIADAS MAS ARRIBA EXCLUYEN CUALQUIER OTRO TIPO DE GARANTIA Y

EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS. HASTA EL GRADO MAXIMO QUE PERMITA LA LEY VIGENTE,
CRICUT DECLINA CUALQUIER OTRA GARANTIA IMPLICITA O REGLAMENTARIA,
INCLUYENDO GARANTIAS DE COMERCIALIZACION Y DE IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN
DETERMINADO. LAS GARANTIAS PERMITIDAS Y EXCLUIDAS SE LIMITAN EN DURACION
