Congratulations on your purchase of Cookway by CRISTEL. We know
that our patented Detachable Handle cookware will change the way
that you cook!
If you follow the Use & Care instructions below you will have
many satisfying years of service from your Cookway product.
Unboxing and First Use:
All Cookway items are dishwasher safe (handles, glass covers,
glass steamers and vessels), but we recommend that you clean
your Cookway items with soap and warm water before using it
the rst time.
Use:
Because of the conductivity of Cookway, you can cook on
medium heat on any heat surface including induction for most
uses. It is also possible to cook using medium – high heat for
searing meats, stir-frying or boiling water. Cookway can be used
for all frying, braising, sautéing, boiling and cooking starches like
potatoes and rice.
The Exceliss Non-Stick coating is dishwasher safe and provides
excellent release of foods and is warranted to last for 10 years with
regular use.
We recommend using silicone or wooden utensils versus metal
utensils to maintain the cooking surface.
