This warranty does not cover Damage caused by normal wear
and tear, accidents (like dropping a glass lid), misuse, abuse or
commercial use.
It does not cover scratches from cutlery or other sharp utensils,
or stains, discoloration, corrosion or damage from overheating to
the interior or the exterior of the pan. Consequential damage is
also expressly excluded from this warranty.
If your product is damaged in transit you can make a warranty
claim for a replacement of the damaged item. To make a Warranty
claim, you must call our customer service helpline at (770) 979-
6255 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on
weekdays to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number PRIOR to mailing your cookware to us.
After you receive the authorization number, mail the damaged or
defective item to the address below:

We recommend that you use a traceable means to return your
damaged cookware item as CRISTEL USA, Inc. is not responsible
for damages or lost or stolen merchandise. Please enclose your
return address and a brief note explaining the defect. Turnaround
time on a return is typically three weeks after receipt of the item at
our warranty center. To check on the status of your replacement
you can call CRISTEL USA Customer Service at (770) 979-6255.
Please have your Return Authorization number for reference.
