COOKWAY HANDLE
Congratulations on your purchase of Cookway by CRISTEL. We know
that our patented Detachable Handle cookware will change the way
that you cook!
Because you can detach the handles they never get hot in the
oven. However they are warrantied for use up to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit if you leave them in the oven while cooking.
Handles are dishwasher safe and can also be cleaned with soap
and water.
Warranty:
Cookway by CRISTEL handles are warranted to you by CRISTEL
USA Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship at
the time of purchase. They are warranted for a period of 10 years.
For this Limited Warranty to apply, you must follow the care and
use instructions as previously noted. This warranty covers normal
household use only. This warranty does not cover Damage caused
by normal wear and tear, accidents (like heating the resin portion
of the handle on a gas ame or leaving them on a heated burner
of any kind).
If your handles are damaged in transit you can make a warranty
claim for a replacement of the damaged item. To make a Warranty
claim, you must call our customer service helpline at (770) 979-
6255 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on
weekdays to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number PRIOR to mailing your handle to us.
After you receive the authorization number, mail the damaged or
defective item to the address below:
