Moisture forms on inside freezer walls.
 Weather is hot and humid, which increases internal rate of frost build-up.
This is normal.
 Cover is slightly open.
 Cover is kept open too long, or is opened too frequently. Open the cover
less often.
 The cover is not sealed properly.
 The gasket needs to be replaced
Moisture forms on outside of freezer.
 Door is slightly open, causing cold air from inside the freezer to meet
warm moist air from outside.
 Room ambient temperature is near or at the dew point resulting in
condensation on the exterior surfaces.
 Washing the floor around the unit has changed the ambient conditions to be
at or below the dew point.
The cover will not close properly.
 The freezer is not on a level surface or set level
 The gasket is dirty. or damaged
 The storage basket is out of position.
 The hinges have been damaged or misaligned.
 The latch has failed.
