Developmental Toxicity:
This product is not expected to be reproductively or developmentally harmful.
(Caprylyl/capryl glucoside) In orally-dosed rats at up to 1000 mg/kg/day, there
were no significant reproductive effects noted (surrogate compound).
(Phenoxyethanol) In a dermal rabbit study, toxicity to dams was observed at
600 mg/kg. No adverse effects on pregnancy rate, resorptions, or fetal
body measurements were observed at any dose (up to 1000 mg/kg). Did
not cause malformations in the fetuses.
