The music can‟t
be played Via
audio player
- Check if your music file is put in the folder My
music；
- Music files must be in mp3. format extension;
Photo cannot be
browsed
- Photo file should be in jpg. extension and with
resolution no larger than 1600 X 1200;
Video can‟t be
played
- This phone is not compatible with video files
format. Please change to play it on another unit;
Can‟t listen to
music by
Bluetooth
- Please double check if the Bluetooth headset is
bounded to the phone or not;
- To detect an Audio Bluetooth device, go to
MENU, then Settings > Connectivity>
Bluetooth > Search audio device;
- To detect any non-audio Bluetooth device (such
as a mobile phone), go to MENU, then
Settings > Connectivity> Bluetooth > My
device;
Cannot send a
MMS or cannot
access the
internet
- The first time you are using this phone, or if you
have changed your operator, you will need to
select your operator name before being able to
send MMS (Multimedia Message) or connect to
the internet (WAP service). Please refer to
instruction‟s section 2.10.2 on page 21.
