Ensure that the appliance is connected to a live AC power source.
Check the 12 volt harness connection to the power supply.
If the switches are not illuminated, remove the face, and check the switch
connections
(See INDEX: “Burner Adjustments” Figure 16, for further details).
If the switches are illuminated but the burner knobs are not, remove the face and
check the harness connections to the LED bezels
(See INDEX: “Burner Adjustments”
Figure 16, for further details).
For dome lights, replace the bulb. The replacement bulbs are halogen, 12 volt,
10W, T3 Type with a G4 bi-pin. They are readily available at most home
improvement stores. Avoid touching the glass on the new bulb as it may shorten
their life. Pull the old bulb out without twisting and replace holding the new bulb
with a paper towel or cloth to hold the bulb.
