IV. NVR (Main Unit)
1. The NVR is the main unit that stores recording and enables you to control the settings.
2. Please make sure all the connections are tight as possible and it is recommended that have the unit
be protected from the surge with a surge protector or UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply).
3. We recommend turning the monitor off when not in use for a longer lifetime. If you need to monitor
24/7, please make use of an external monitor. (NVR with Built-in Monitor Models)
4. When powering up the NVR, make sure that
the Power Indicator Light on the NVR is solid
Red and the HDD Indicator is blinking Green
indicating hard drive activity.
5. Please check the power adapter’s Power
Indicator light. This should be solid. If it is
blinking or dimming, stop using the power
adapter immediately. A faulty power adapt-
er can damage your NVR system and cause a
re. Please replace the power adapter with the
appropriate power supply with the following
power output.
