Selections
- (person's photo-image): The
captured image of the specific person
(this can be captured directly, or linked
from a file);
- (person's signature-image): The
person's captured signature image
(this can be captured directly, or linked
from a file);

a form with a number of selections for
capturing user photos and/or
signatures;
