on 1@NNT Charger plugged in after startup
High Heat Sink on Heat sink temp high Turn off vehicle and let cool. Inspect motor and all
Temp cables and connections for signs of excessive
Excessive Sink on 4@NNT Heat sink temp excessively high current draw. Inspect brakes for dragging and look
Temp for any cause of excessive load on motor. If
Shutdown Temp flash 5@NNT Temp is high enough to cause shutdown overheating continues, replace controller.
Current Limit 6 Current too high, shutdown (occurs after startup) Inspect motor, cables, connections, and vehicle for
possible cause of high current. Pulling steep hills
could cause high current. If no problem, restart
and retest. Check motor current draw, if condition
continues and motor is ok, replace controller.
High Regen 7 Regen too high causing shutdown If vehicle was driven down a steep hill at the time,
restart and retest. If condition continues during
normal operation, replace controller.
Bridge Fault 3 Powerpoint bridge fault at startup Cutoff, inspect all components, wires, and
4 Lamps bridge fault at startup connections. Restart. If condition continues
5 Bridge fault replace controller.

System 8 1 Drive Board system operational shutdown Cutoff, inspect all components, wires, and
Operational 8 Interface Board system operational shutdown connections. Restart. If condition continues
Shutdown replace controller.
