Wheels/Tines will not turn  Improper use of controls.
2. Worn, broken, or misadjusted drive belt.
 Internal transmission wear or damage.
4. Bolt loose in transmission pulley.
 

 Contact authorized service dealer.

  Wheel Drive Pins not in WHEEL DRIVE.

 Inserts Drive Pins properly.

  Tine holder mounting hardware missing.

Poor tilling performance  Worn tines.
2. Improper Depth Regulator setting.
 Incorrect throttle setting.
