Vanwege de wettelijke bepalingen met betrekking tot de verplichte informatieverschang bij terugroepingen, en zoals voorzien in de garantiebepalingen, moet dit leveringscerticaat worden opgesteld voor of tijdens de overdracht van een verkochte ets. De dealer moet het leveringscerticaat met de klant tot in detail doorspreken, invullen en on- dertekenen. Door ondertekening bevestigt de dealer dat hij de ets heeft gecontroleerd aan de hand van de navolgende checklist en dat hij de klant informatie verstrekte over foutloos gebruik van de ets in overeenstem- ming met de handleiding. Opmerking voor de dealer: Een kopie van het volledig ingevulde en door beide partijen ondertekende formulier dient voor documentatiedoeleinden te worden bewaard door de dealer.
HAND OVER CERTIFICATE
Due to legal regulations with regards to the duty to provide information for recalls, as well as warranty and guarantee obligations, this hand over certicate should be issued before or upon handing over a purchased bicycle. The retailer must talk the customer through all details of the hand over certicate, ll it out, and sign it. By signing this certicate, the retai- ler conrms that they have inspected the bicycle according to the follo- wing checklist and have instructed the customer on how to use the bicycle correctly according to the operating manual. Retailer information: A copy of the completed document which has been signed by both contractual parties should be retained by the retailer for administrative purposes.
