Set Up and Care Guide
Troubleshooting
If your coee maker is brewing slowly, overflowing, or leaking, consult the following tips.
Ensure the unit is plugged in and the water
reservoir is filled.
Brewing excessive amounts of coee will
result in overflowing. Ensure you use the
recommended amount of water and coee
grounds. Additionally, using coee that is
too finely ground could result in overflowing.
Always use the recommended coee grind size.
Adjust the settings on your unit’s control
panel. Some settings can take up to about
20 minutes to brew.
Clean the filter, then check the markings to
ensure the right amount of water is in the
reservoir. If there’s too much water, it could result
in overflowing or the appearance of leaking. It
is completely normal for water to be left in the
reservoir after the brewing cycle is complete.
