QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

Setup and uSe

Pour desired amount of water into the

water reservoir. A water level indicator is

located on the side of the unit.

Check to make sure the ﬁlter basket is

securely in place, lid is completely closed,

carafe is in place and unit is plugged in.

Insert the permanent nylon ﬁlter or

paper ﬁlter into the ﬁlter basket holder.

Using the scoop provided, add 1 scoop of

ground coffee per cup – you can adjust the

amount to taste. Close the lid.

To brew coffee, press the Brew/Off button

and release. The red indicator light will

illuminate and brewing will begin.

Fully immerse the charcoal water ﬁlter in

cold tap water and soak for 15 minutes (see

complete instructions on page 8 of your

instruction booklet). Insert the ﬁlter into the

water ﬁlter holder. Open the water reservoir and place

ﬁlter holder into the unit.

Quick Reference Guide Programming 1. To set the time: Press and hold the Hour or Minute button until the clock begins flashing. Hold down the Hour or Minute button to scroll through the numbers. When desired time approaches, release the button and press repeatedly to advance one digit at a time. To finish, wait for the numbers to stop flashing. 5. To program the Auto Off: Press and hold Auto Off button until clock begins to flash.
