GENERAL GUIDELINES Conventional Baking: Conventional baking is used as you would normally use your large kitchen oven. Convection/Bake: The convection/bake function can be used for all the same functions as conventional bake or roast, but will cook faster and more efficiently.
Note that the temperature will read out on the clock display. Press the Start/Stop button to start the oven. When oven reaches the selected temperature, the words “Temp Ready” will be displayed on the clock display, and the oven will beep 5 times. The built-in timer can be used with this function. See time instructions below. NOTE: AS A SAFETY MEASURE, THIS OVEN WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF AFTER 4 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS USE.
