¼ CUP FRESH ITALIAN PARSLEY 
½  TEASPOON GRATED LEMON ZEST
½  TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
1  GARLIC CLOVE
2 CANS (15 OUNCES EACH) 
CHICKPEAS, DRAINED
2  TABLESPOONS TAHINI
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH 
LEMON JUICE
2½  TABLESPOONS WATER
½  TEASPOON GROUND CUMIN
2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN 
OLIVE OIL

 Approximate preparation time: 10 minutes
Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large work bowl 
of the Cuisinart
®
 Food Processor. Process the parsley, lemon 
zest, salt, and garlic together, about 6 seconds. Scrape bowl 
and repeat. Add remaining ingredients and process until 
smooth, about 1 minute. Scrape bowl and process again to 
fully incorporate all ingredients.
