3 handfuls fresh spinach
1 medium cucumber (peeled if waxy)
5 celery stalks
5 cm piece ginger
Put kale, parsley, spinach, and cucumber through the Juicer
on low speed. Turn machine on high and juice the celery
and ginger. Serve immediately.
