Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon together to mix thoroughly. Dip bread into egg mixture. Place bread onto omelet plate of Breakfast Express ®. Close lid and rotate unit 180°.
Breakfast French Toast with Ham & Cheese Makes one sandwich ¼ cup milk (can be whole, skim or 2 percent) 2 eggs Pinch cinnamon 2 slices bread 2 slices ham 1 slice American cheese Divide pizza dough into 5 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then roll to lightly coat with yellow cornmeal on both sides. Place one dough round on omelet plate. Close lid and rotate unit 180°. Bake on setting #4 or desired setting for 8 minutes. You must time this; ignore Ready beeps.

Classic Belgian Waffles Classic Belgian waffles have a crispy outside and are soft and moist on the inside. They are often served as part of a celebration – even to celebrate something as simple as a beautiful day. Try these waffles with your favorite syrup or a topping such as sliced fresh strawberries and freshly whipped cream.
3 large eggs, separated ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Measure water into a large bowl. Add the 1 teaspoon granulated sugar and yeast; stir to dissolve. Let stand 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, salt, ginger, and lemon zest; stir to combine. Add the milk, egg yolks, cooled melted butter and vanilla to the yeast mixture. Stir until smooth.
Use a heatproof spatula to spread the batter evenly over the grids. Close cover and rotate 180˚. Bake until beeper sounds. Rotate 180˚ and remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter. Waffles may be kept warm in a low (200°F) oven. Place waffles arranged on a cookie sheet on a rack in the oven. Serve with warm maple syrup, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
