VEGETARIAN PIZZA
• Pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
• 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce
• 3 mushrooms, sliced
• ¼ green pepper, sliced
• ¼ onion, sliced
• Broccoli orets cut in small pieces
• ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
Using 10” pizza dough (fresh or store bought), spread 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce.
Add mushrooms, green peppers, onions and broccoli.
Top with cheese and cook in preheated Pizza Oven at 375ºF for 15-20 min or until crust is
golden brown.
NAPOLETAN PIZZA
• Pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
• 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce
• 4 anchovy lets
• Soft mozzarella cheese (Bocconcini) , cut up in four ¼ inch slices
• Basil leaves
• Olive oil
Using 10” pizza dough (fresh or store bought), spread 2 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce.
Add mozzarella slices, place anchovy llets on top on cheese.
Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle some olive oil.
Cook in preheated Pizza Oven at 375ºF for 15-20 min or until crust is golden brown.
