13. The New Program menu is redisplayed.
14. Press the OK button to enter a time the exercise is to end. The number of available programmable
time periods is temporarily displayed. Please note that the number of available programmable time
periods has now decreased by one.
15. The Ending Time (Time Off) menu is displayed. Press the OK button.
16. Repeat steps 5 through 13 to set up the stop time for your exercise.
17. When the New Program menu is redisplayed, press the + or - buttons until “End" is displayed.
18. Press the OK button to return to the Home menu.
