Measure the fuel outlet pressure at low idle.
Fuel Pressure Range At Fuel Filter Outlet without
Electric Lift Pump (Engine Running)

Record the fuel filter outlet pressure and subtract it from
the fuel filter inlet pressure.
Maximum Pressure Drop Across Fuel Filter
