5-Year Limited Warranty for Mail Columns
Curbside Xpressions LLC warrantees the Mail Columns to withstand normal outdoor
conditions for ten years. Curbside, warrantees that the Mail Columns will not crack, peel,
split, or rot.
Curbside, warrantees against all manufacturer defects (Curbside Xpressions must be
notified within 30 days of purchase if a manufacture defect was found). Damage resulting
from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, improper installation, improper
maintenance, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Curbside, shall not be
covered under the warranty. Curbside, columns are treated with a clear U.V. coating. This
helps to prevent and/or slow down sun fading, some slight fading could occur. Curbside
does not warranty against sun fading. Curbside does not warranty Columns against
hurricanes or tornado damage.
When Curbside Xpressions has determined that a Column is defective, it will replace the
product or a credit may be offered instead of replacement (at Curbside Xpressions
discretion). Curbside Xpressions LLC liability is limited to the cost of the defective
product.
This warranty expressly excludes the following:
§ Chemicals
§ Misuse or abuse
§ Fire or flood
§ Vandalism
§ Distorting and warping from excessive heat
§ Mold and or Mildew
§ Cosmetic blemishes caused by normal use and or environmental conditions
§ Damage from shipping and Handling
§ Lightning, hurricane, tornado, windstorm, earthquake, or any other acts of god
§ Animal or birds
§ Color changes due to normal weathering including sunlight
§ Falling objects or impact of foreign objects
§ Damage from improper installation
