DRIVER SIDE FRAME RAIL

1. Remove tie down brackets from both frame rails. Temporarily remove two hangers at rear of muffler for ease
of placing hitch above tailpipe.
2. Lift hitch into position on the frame rails. If vehicle is a 4 door model, install hardware as shown on the driver
side of hitch in diagram. If vehicle is a 2 door model, then use hitch as a template and drill (2) holes for 7/16"
hardware . Install hardware as shown on passenger side of hitch diagram. Fishwire carriage bolt and spacer
through access hole.
3. Torque all M10 hardware to 48 lb.-ft and all 7/16" hardware to 70 lb.-ft. Replace exhaust hangers if removed.
