INSTALLATION / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Make sure the vehicle is turned off and the keys removed from the ignition. Locate the access panel in the center of the dash on the passenger side. Using a trim panel removal tool, locate the notch in the panel and pry it out and away from the dash. Take care not to damage the trim or panel. Seperate the housings attaching the panel and set the panel aside. Take care not to damage the locking tabs on the back.
