Exceeding the product rating can cause loss of warranty,

overheating and potential fire. Do not exceed product rating

or tow vehicle lamp load rating, whichever is lower.

All steps must be followed to ensure the wiring connector will

function properly. Once installed, test for proper function by

using a test light or connecting a properly wired trailer.

Removal of the passenger side rear tire is recommended

to ease installation. Use safety stands to safely support

the rear of the vehicle while it is raised off the ground.

INSTALLATION / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Locate vehicle battery on the driver side under the hood and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Step 5 Starting on the passenger side, locate and remove the five T-20 Torx screws from the inner wheel well trim panel (C,D). Step 2 On the passenger side, under the vehicle hood, locate the fuse box (A). Step 6 Pull back on the inner wheel well trim panel to locate the vehicle taillight wiring connector (E).
