Boquilla de cemento sin arena, modificado

mm) de ancho. Excelente para azulejos
altamente brillosos y mármol pulido ó piedra
natural que pueda ser rayado por boquillas
con arena.
Es duradero y no se eucoge. Modificado con
polimeros para resistencia. Solo agrege agua.
Cumple con las especificaciones de la norma

Preparación: Las baldosas y azulejos deben estar
firmemente adheridos sobre una superficie en buen estado y el
adhesivo debe haber secado un mínimo de 24 horas antes de la
aplicación de la lechada. El secado total del adhesivo depende de
la temperatura y humedad ambientes.
Mezcla: Si compró varias cajas o bolsas del mismo color con
diferentes números de lote, mezcle el polvo antes de mezclarlo
con agua. Comience con 4-1/2 quarto de galónes (4.25 L) de
agua limpia y fresca. Agréguele 25 lbs. (11.34 kg) de boquilla y
mezcle con una paleta para bordes o mezclador de baja velocidad
(menos de 300 RPM) para lograr una consistencia suave y
cremosa. No use aditivos. De ser necesario, pueden agregarse
hasta uno pinta (473 ml) de agua para lograr la consistencia
deseada. Deje reposar durante 10 minutos y vuelva a mezclar la
boquilla antes de usarla. Periódicamente, vuelva a mezclarla. No
agregue agua adicional.
Aplicación: Instalación para conformarse con la norma
A108.10 de ANSI. Humedezca ligeramente con agua limpia y fría
los azulejos/baldosas absorbentes y porosos. Sosteniendo un
flotador de caucho para boquilla en un ángulo de 45°, fuerce la
boquilla diagonalmente dentro de las uniones, asegurándose de
que las uniones queden llenadas completamente. Remueva el
exceso de boquilla con el borde del flotador, tenido a un ángulo de
90°. La formación de las uniones y la limpieza puede comenzar
cuando la boquilla se pueda mellar ligeramente al ser punzada
fuertemente con la uña aproximadamente 10 - 20 minutos, según
el tipo de azulejos/baldosas y las condiciones ambientes. Use una
esponja para boquilla de poros pequeños y húmeda con un
movimiento circular a fin de alisar las uniones y sacar de los
azulejos el exceso de boquilla. Use tan poca agua como le sea
possible. Espere 2 horas antes de remover la bruma de la
superficie de los azulejos y baldosas con un paño suave y seco.
No emboquille en temperaturas menores de 50° F (10° C) por 72
horas o exterior o si se espera lluvia dentro de 24 horas.
Curación: Rocíe la instalación periódicamente con agua
limpia y fría durante 3 días.
Limpieza: Antes de que se seque el material, limpie las
herramientas con agua y lávese las manos.

NOTA: En cualquier producto con base de cemento Pórtland

Polymer-modified, non-sanded Portland cement
dry grout used for joints up to 1/8" (3 mm) wide.
Excellent for highly glazed ceramic tile or highly
polished marble or natural stone that can be
scratched by sanded grouts. It’s non-shrinking
and durable. Polymer-modified for strength –
just add water. Meets ANSI A118.6
specifications.
Preparation: Tiles must be firmly attached to a sound
subsurface and tile adhesive must be cured a minimum of 24 hours
prior to grout application. Complete curing of adhesive depends on
temperature and humidity.
Mixing: Start with 4-1/2 quarts (4.25 L) of cool, clean water. Mix in
25 lbs. (11.34 kg) of grout with a margin trowel or low speed mixer
(less than 300 RPMs) to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Do
not use additives. If needed, up to one pint (473 ml) of additional
water may be added to adjust consistency. Do not use additives. Let
stand 10 minutes, re-mix before use. Periodically re-stir; do not add
additional water.
Application: Installation to conform to ANSI A108.10. Lightly
dampen absorptive, porous tile with clean, cool water. Holding a
rubber grout float at a 45° angle, force grout diagonally into joints
until joints are completely filled. Remove excess grout using edge of
float held at a 90° angle. Shaping joints and clean-up can begin when
grout can be slightly indented when pushed hard with your fingernail
about 10 - 20 minutes depending on tile type and ambient conditions.
Use a damp, small pore grout sponge in a circular motion to smooth
joints and clean excess grout from tile. Use as little water as possible.
Wait 2 hours before removing haze from tile with a soft, dry cloth. Do
not grout when temperature is below 50° F (10° C) for 72 hours or
outdoors if rain is expected within 24 hours.
Curing: Periodically mist the installation with clean, cool water for
3 days.
Clean-Up: Clean tools and hands with water before material dries.

Stone, Grout & Tile Sealer after
grout has cured for 48 - 72 hours.
NOTE: Efflorescence (whitish powder) can occur with any Portland
cement based product. If it occurs, remove with TileLab Sulfamic Acid
Cleaner or Grout Haze Remover according to directions.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains: Portland cement and crystalline
silica. Forms calcium hydroxide when wet. If eye or skin contact
occurs: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove
contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If inhaled:
Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If
swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately seek
medical advice or attention if symptoms are significant or persist.
