1. Product Warranty
1) Limitation of Warranty

This hardware product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship
and is entitled to free repairs for a period of one year from receipt by the original
end-user purchaser. If the original date of purchase is obscure, it will be estimated
by adding 6 months to the product manufacturing date (identified by product serial
number).

The battery is warranted for a period of 6 months from the original purchase.
However, if the original date of purchase is obscure, it will be estimated by adding 3
months to the product manufacturing date.
2) Free repairs do not apply to the following instances even during the warranty period.

Defects resulting from user carelessness including dropping the product in water,
bringing close to fire, impressing excessive voltage, and dropping the product

Defects resulting from natural disasters including fires, floods, and earthquakes

Voluntary repairs or modification performed by the user

Defects resulting from repairs or modification performed by a third party other than
the CYBERBANK appointed service network

Defects resulting from reasons other than problems in manufacturing
2. CYBERBANK Product License Agreement
Please read the license agreement carefully before using the product.
This product includes pre-installed software programs whose rights are not for sale.
CYBERBANK and the software owners will continue to possess ownership to all
intellectual property rights of the pertaining software, and by agreeing to this license
agreement, the user is granted rights to use the software. Using the product implies that
the user has agreed to the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to these
terms, you must return the product before using it.
