Creating New M edia
Converting 2D Photos to 3D
CyberLink MediaShow can convert* any 2D photos in the media library into 3D
photos.
Note: * optional feature in CyberLink MediaShow. Check the version table for
detailed versioning information.
To convert photos to 3D, do this:
1. Select all of the photos in the media library that you want to convert to 3D,
and then drag and drop them in the media tray.
2. Select the Create button and then 2D to 3D Photo.
3. In the Create 3D Photo window, set the following options:
Name: enter a name for the newly created 3D photos.
Type: select the format of 3D photo file. Currently only the MPO format is
available.
if required, select the button to specify the folder on your computer's hard
drive where you want to save the converted photos.
select what you are using the converted photos for, i.e. for viewing or
printing.
4. Select OK to convert the 2D photos to 3D.
Creating 3D Movies
You can use both 2D and 3D videos to create 3D movie files. Any 2D videos are
converted to 3D, so that the final video file is entirely in a compatible 3D format.
To create a 3D movie, do this:
1. Select all of the video files in the media library that you want to include in
your 3D movie, and then drag and drop them in the media tray.
2. Select the Create button and then 3D Movie.
3. In the Create 3D Movie window, customize your movie as required. See
