Creating New M edia
4. Select OK to produce the 3D movie to the specified folder.
Producing Video Files
When you are done editing a video file, customizing a slideshow, or creating a
movie, select the Produce* button to output it as new custom video file in a variety
of formats. You can select from the available output profiles, or create your own
custom video profile.
Note: * optional feature in CyberLink MediaShow. Check the version table for
detailed versioning information.
Producing Using Existing Profiles
To produce a video file using an existing video profile, do this:
1. Select the Produce button to open the Produce window.
2. Select the video file format (profile) of the outputted video file by selecting
the associated button.
3. Select the preferred resolution and aspect ratio (4:3 or 16:9) for the file from
the drop-down menu.
4. Enter a Name for the outputted video file.
5. If you are converting your file to an MPEG-4 (H.264) or MPEG-2 file, select the
format for the video's audio from the Audio format drop-down menu.
6. If required, select to specify a different output folder for the produced
video file.
7. If your computer supports it and you are producing as an MPEG-4 file, select
Enable CUDA/AMD Accelerated Parallel Processing to reduce the time it takes
to create your video file.
8. Select OK to produce the video file to the specified folder.
Producing Using 3D Profiles
If the custom media creation that you are wanting to produce contains both 2D
and 3D media, CyberLink MediaShow provides you with two produce options. You
can produce a video in a 2D format (3D media is converted to 2D), or produce it in a
3D format* (CyberLink MediaShow converts the 2D media to 3D).
