To output your creation that contains both 2D and 3D media as a 3D video file,
select a profile that contains the 3D icon on the profile button.
Follow the steps outlined in Producing Using Existing Profiles to produce a video in
3D.
Note: if profiles with the 3D icon are not available, it may be because there is no
3D content in the media tray. To create a 3D movie using just 2D media, see
Converting 2D Videos into 3D Movies.
Creating and Producing With Custom
Profile
To create a custom video profile, do this:
1. Select the Produce button to open the Produce Video window.
2. Select and then select New to open the Custom window.
3. Customize the profile by filling out the fields as follows:
Profile name: give the profile a name to identify it later.
Format: select the profile's video file format from the drop-down menu.
Resolution: if available, select the preferred resolution and aspect ratio (4:3 or
16:9) for the file from the drop-down menu.
Bitrate: if available, select the video's bitrate or quality from the drop-down
menu.
Format: if available, select the audio compression used on the video's audio
from the drop-down menu.
Bitrate: if available, select the audio compression rate or quality of the video's
audio from the drop-down menu.
4. Select OK to save the profile and return to the Produce window.
