CD Types
CDs contain up to 74/80 minutes of high quality video or 650/700
MB of data.
CD-R
CD-R is a once-writable format. CD-RW burners and most
new DVD burners can write in CD-R, and most DVD
players can also read this format. The CD-R format is
commonly used for distribution of computer data and
digital audio.
CD-RW
CD-RW is a rewritable CD format. CD-RW burners and
most new DVD burners can write in CD-RW, and most
DVD players can also read this format. The CD-RW format
is best suited for storage of computer data and digital
audio.
