9. Enter a disc name for your disc in the Disc volume label field.
10. Locate the position where you would like to begin backing up
your DV video (if you do not want to backup the entire DV tape).
You may do this in one of the following ways:
Use the playback buttons.
Enter a timecode, then click to seek to that timecode.
Drag the time slider .
11. Click on the Start button. CyberLink PowerDirector will proceed to
backup your DV camcorder video. A message will be displayed
once the backup is complete.
Batch Capture from a DV Camcorder
Batch capturing may seem intimidating, but in reality it is an incredibly
convenient method of capturing multiple video clips automatically. If
you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with batch capturing, you
will save yourself time when you capture video from your camcorder.
CyberLink PowerDirector scans your DV for intervals (or allows you to
set them manually), then captures them in a batch using the intervals
you created.
Automatic Batch Capture
Automatic batch capture is a quick way to capture scenes from a video
tape.
To perform an automatic batch capture, do this:
