video window. The added music icon displays, indicating that music was
added to the scene.
4. Click on the added effect (if applicable) and then drag it to the desired position.
5. Resize the effect to the desired size by clicking and dragging a corner or an
edge. You may also change its orientation by clicking on the top node and use
the mouse to rotate it.
Note: the duration the effect is displayed depends on the default settings specified on
the Movie Remix tab. See "Trimming Scenes and Editing Effects" on page 62 for
information on editing its duration and other properties.
Recording Audio
You can record your own custom audio for use in a scene in your Movie Remix. Use
this feature to record a voice over for your Movie Remix.
To record audio for a scene, do this:
1. Double-click on the scene in the scene/effect panel that you want to record the
audio for.
2. Click the button and then click on .
3. Make sure that your recording device, such as a microphone, is connected to
your computer.
4. Use the playback controls to find the exact moment in your scene where you
would like the record the audio.
5. In the Record audio section of the music window,
use the microphone slider to
adjust the input volume for your recording device and then click on the
button.
