5.4.8 Reset Status

Checks the reset status of module at specified address to see whether it has
been reset since the last reset status command was issued to the module.

! Command is valid.
? Command is invalid.
(Addr) Address ID.
(Status) 0 : It has not been reset since the last reset
status command was issued.
1 : It has been reset since the last reset
status command was issued
