Set Up
1. Hip Abduction - Adjust starting position so knees are together with pads outside knees.
Note: Recline back pad to encourge use of the gluteus medius.
2. Hip Adduction - Adjust starting position for a wide ā€œVā€ position with pads inside knees.
Movement
1. Push against pads through a complete range of motion.
