NTRODUCING THE 400T
of exercise and recent dramatic changes in the availability of
special features and advances in electronic design have greatly
increased its popularity and use in commercial fitness centers and
in the home.
With each succeeding generation of treadmills, CYBEX has

throughout the life of your machine.
Special Features of the 400T
The 400T improves upon the design and performance of its
predecessors. CYBEX has improved and streamlined the features
and functions of earlier units to address the needs of today’s
fitness enthusiast in the 400T.
Whatever your regimen, you can set your own pace with a CYBEX
400T. Walk or run at the speed and incline you choose. Hit the hills
when you’re ready and cool-down on the flats. Eliminate knee-
jamming downhill runs. Vary the speed, time, distance, and incline
from day to day; increase workout length and difficulty; or repeat
the same routine each day. You decide because your treadmill is
programmable.
The 400T gives you true training capabilities, including a warm-up
period before the main workout and a cool-down period after, in
accordance with the American College of Sports Medicine
recommendations.
The 400T includes a choice of programs to meet specific, individual
fitness and conditioning goals, whether they be weight loss,
cardiovascular conditioning, speed training, or basic body
maintenance.
