2. Take hold of the top cowl grip and raise outboard to the full up
position.
3. Push in the tilt support pin. Lower the outboard to rest on the
tilt support pin.
LOWERING TO RUN POSITION
1. Lift outboard and pull out the tilt support pin. Lower the
outboard.
