01 SAFETY & PRECAUTION General Safety Before the Ride Kindly read through the entire user manual. This manual contains important information to reduce user risk as well as instructions for this product’s proper use. Do not discard the manual but keep it for reference. Ensure that the battery mount is fastened securely to the frame and that the battery is secured to the mount. Incorrect mounting could cause the system to move its position and result in injury while riding.

This product is manufactured to be used as an electric bicycle battery pack for powering the CYCMotor Ltd mid-drive motor product line. Using this battery for anything other than its intended use, is not recommended and will not be supported CYCMotor Ltd.
02 SPECIFICATION Description This product is a lithium electric bicycle (ebike) battery pack designed to complement the CYC product line. The B-Series eBike Battery is an efficient, long-lasting energy source with fast charging capabilities. It is equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS) that ensures safe operating and reliable data. This is the ideal power solution for users of the CYC product line.

03 INSTALLATION Required Tools 3mm Allen Key / Hex Key Operating Notice RIGHT-HAND and LEFT-HAND sides are determined by the bike handle; Right-hand corresponds to the right handle & vice versa.
03 INSTALLATION Method #1: Strapping on battery pack Step 1 - Select a mounting position on your bike frame that will provide a 3-point support for the straps. Step 2 - Thread 2x 25*350mm straps through the mounting bracket & 1x 20*250mm through the side bracket. Note that the above image is for reference only. Straps can be placed as needed. Step 3 - Wrap the straps around the frame and secure them tightly for stability. Zip ties can be added for extra security.
03 INSTALLATION Method #2: Bolting battery pack on frame Step 1 - Select a mounting position on your bike frame that fits over the bottle cage mount inserts. Step 2 - Unscrew the 4x M5 mounting bracket bolts with a 3mm Allen Key. Step 3 - Secure the battery mount into position by fastening bottle cage mount insert screws. Step 4 - Secure the battery pack with the bolts in Step 2. Make sure to include a spacer and a spring washer in between each bolt and metal hook for best securing.
03 INSTALLATION Bolt on through water bottle mounting: Wiring & Connection Battery Connector: XT-90 (female) Wire: 10 AWG (red wire to positive pole & black wire to negative pole) Step 5 Plug in the conncector by the XT90-S port to the motor system’s - battery port.
04 CHARGE INFORMATION Charging instructions Plug the charger into the wall socket. Connect the battery to the charger at the XT90 connector side. Leave until fully charged (approx. 2 - 4 hours from empty). Unplug after fully charged for safety precautions. B-36 Charger Type: 36V 4A XT90 Charge Time: 3.5 hours until fully charged Charge Cycles: 600 B-52 Charger Type: 58.8V 4A XT90 Charge Time: 2 - 2.5 hours until fully charged Charge Cycles: 600 B-52L Charger Type: 58.
05 MAINTENANCE General Maintenance Please place the battery pack in a cool and dry environment if you do not use it for a long time; charge for 2 hours every month when stored. Use the designated lithium battery charger when charging. Keep away from children. Do not reverse or short the positive and negative terminals of the battery pack. Do not place the battery pack in high temperatures, such as near fire. Do not place the battery pack in water, acid, alkaline or salty liquids, avoid submersion.
