2. To program the BLE dongle, plug the dongle into the USB port of the PC, as shown in Figure 3-8.
The dongle will enumerate as a composite device.

3. The onboard PSoC 5LP uses SWD to program the PSoC 4 BLE or PRoC BLE device. See
Figure 3-9 for this implementation.
