Define a new call rule and activate the option with amended
phone number.
Phone number to call: 01234567890
Enter in field PREFIXES (1 in fig. 4.17): 01234567890
Leave the field PREFIXES (2 in fig. 4.17) blank.
Enter in field MODIFIER (3 in fig. 4.17): 0999
The HorstBox will dial: 099901234567890

You may refine call rules by defining several call rules for different
periods of time and various telephone service providers. The
HorstBox will choose the appropriate call rule, depending on the
day of the week and the current time.
