Destination File
Enter the file name that will be stored in the flash of the Switch, e.g. C:/runtime.had.
Boot Up
Select this option to use this firmware as the boot-up firmware.
Click Download to initiate the download.
Download Firmware From HTTP
This window is used to download firmware from a computer to the Switch and updates the switch.

The fields that can be configured are described below:
Parameter Description
Destination File
Enter the file name that will be stored in the flash of the Switch, e.g. C:/runtime.had.
Source File Enter the location of the Source File, e.g. runtime.had, or click the Browse button to
navigate to the firmware file for the download.
Click Download to initiate the download.
Upload Firmware
The following window is used to upload firmware from the Switch.
To view this window, click Tools > Upload Firmware, as shown below.
Upload Firmware To TFTP
This window is used to upload firmware from the Switch to a TFTP Server.

TFTP Server IP
Enter the TFTP server IP address used.
