Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) System is a simplied method for securing your wireless network during the “Initial setup as well
as the Add New Device” processes. The Wi-Fi Alliance has certied WPS across dierent products as well as manufacturers.
The process as simple as pressing a button for the Push Button Method or correctly entering an 8-digit code for the Pin Code
Method. WPS signicantly reduces the amount of time required to set up a secure wireless network, while maintaining the
highest level of wireless security provided by the WPA2 standard.
