If you selected -51, enter your L2TP username and password.
Select Static if your ISP assigned you the IP address, subnet
mask, gateway, and L2TP server addresses.
Click /FYU to continue.
If you selected Static, enter your network settings supplied by
your Internet provider.
Click /FYU to continue.
