Tap Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Power > Power Off and set the power to
be automatically turned off if DOT 400
remains idle for a certain period of time
for efficient use of power.
Power
consideration
Tap Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Display > Backlight and set the LCD
Backlight to be turned off automatically
when DOT 400 is not in use to save the
battery power.
Also, tap Start > Programs > Utility >
Backlight to adjust the brightness of the
LCD Backlight.
Automatic
power-off does
not work
When DOT 400 is connected with the
PC, the power will not be turned off
automatically
Insufficient
power warning
appears while
using CF Card
Remove the CF Card from DOT 400 and
recharge it using the battery charger.
Power is lost
during use
DOT 400 has turned off the power
automatically due to insufficient battery
power and has entered into the safety
mode. Do not use DOT 400 forcibly, use
it after recharging the battery.
