Basically, the most commonly used items in the menu include the
Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, inbox (E-mail), etc. It is recommended

Synchronizing data
In the Microsoft ActiveSync window on the desktop PC, there is an
Options icon. When you click this icon, you can see tabs like “Sync
Options,” “Sync Mode,” and Rules.” “Sync Options” is a tab that
allows you to select the items to synchronize, whereas “Sync Mode”
is used in selecting the method of synchronizing. There are three
ways of synchronizing depending on the synchronization mode you
select. The default synchronization mode is “Continuously while the
device is connected.”
