Installing the USB Driver
Normally, the USB driver can be automatically installed; otherwise,
you must install it manually. To install the DOT 400 driver, refer to
the figure below.
The figure below is based on a Windows 98 operating system
1. When USB Driver is not intalled automatically, Open deveice
manager window ( Click My Computer Icon -> Right Button-
> Properties ) and check the USB driver status.
If the USB driver status is same as below, You should update
USB driver.
2. Select Microsoft USB Sync and Click Properties Button.
Before proceeding to the next step, make sure the installation CD, which
is among the DOT 400 bundled CD-ROMs, is in your CD-ROM drive. When
you insert the CD, the Autorun window will appear. The right driver of
Microsoft USB sync for DOT 400 is in the USB driver folder of the
installation CD.
