Taskbar
The Taskbar of Windows CE.NET is designed simple and easy to use.
The figure below shows the appearance of the taskbar:

Start Icon
The Start icon is the starting point of DOT 400 programs.
Upon Tapping the Start menu, you will see the Programs, Favorites,
Documents, Settings, Help, and Run. When you tap each menu, the
executable programs will show up as shown in the figure below. If you
tap any of those programs, you can directly execute the program.
The Start menu of Windows CE.NET is similar to the Start button on your
desktop PC Windows.
