Get Started
1. On your iPad, download Pinball HD
Collection from the App Store

2. Activate Bluetooth on your iPad:
• From iPad Settings > General,
switch Bluetooth to On.
• Select Duo Pinball controller device
name to pair and connect it.
3. Insert your iPad into Duo Pinball and slide
both tabs on the sides inward to safely
secure the iPad.
4. Launch Pinball HD Collection app.
5. Select a table to play (separate in-app
purchase required for some tables).
6. When nished, always slide both side tabs
outward before removing your iPad from
Duo Pinball.
Battery Information
Batteries included—requires three
1.5V AA batteries.
Replace Batteries
1. Turn over Duo Pinball and slide open the
battery cover.
2. Insert the batteries as indicated.
3. Replace the battery cover.
• If the Pinball HD Collection app does not
recognize Duo Pinball as a valid device, conrm
that your Bluetooth connection is active.
• Duo Pinball can only be paired with one device
at a time. To play on a second device, choose
“forget this device” on the rst paired device:
- From iPad Settings > General, switch
Bluetooth to On.
- Select Duo Pinball device name and Forget
this Device.
- Then pair with the new device.
• If Duo Pinball is still not working push and hold
the reset button, located near the battery door,
for two seconds.
• If Duo Pinball begins working improperly, try
changing the batteries.
• Check duo-games.com/duopinball for FAQ.
Battery Safety
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc),
or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type
as recommended are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the
correct polarity.
Troubleshooting
• After ve minutes of inactivity, Duo Pinball
goes to sleep. Press any button on the device
to wake it up.
• Conrm you are using the Pinball HD
Collection app. Additional apps supported
by the Duo Pinball device are: Pinball HD,
Pinball HD Collection for iPhone and
Pinball HD for iPhone. The Duo Pinball
device will not work with any other apps.
